Our hygienists are
a critical part of your dental program. In conjunction
with a "Lifetime Care" approach, they will show you how
easy and important it is to protect your teeth and they
makes sure that your new smile is kept at its best for
years to come. They will advise you as to the best and
proper methods of maintenance and oral hygiene.
It is the hygienist's job, also, to
advise you and the doctor of any changes observed in
your dental well being, so that the necessary treatment
can be prompt and kept at a minimum.
Our office will regularly remind you when
the time comes
to make an appointment with our hygienist. However,

Administration
Lia is the person who is in charge of all the
insurance claims and scheduling. Her department is
responsible for answering all of your questions
regarding your dental coverage. She will happily
contact your dental insurance agent and inform you in
detail if your treatment plan would be covered by your
insurance.
Our
administration will see that appointments are made
efficiently and with respect to our patients needs. If
you need information regarding appointments you may call
us. Appointments can only be made by voice telephone.
Financial and insurance matters are handled with
meticulous care to insure that you get the most from
your insurance program. We accept most insurance plans
and we offer "Care Credit" payment plan options to
qualified applicants. We will submit claims for you and
we require that co-payments or balances are remitted at
the time of service. If for any reason, however, we
have not received your insurance carrier's payment 90
days after the claim, the remaining balance will be due
and payable by you.
Our
office associates coordinate all the information from
doctor, hygienist and insurance sources for each
patient. This "library" of patient information will
keep the doctor and you informed of your program's
progress. Our office will automatically notify you when
your next appointment is scheduled or when it is time
for a check-up and dental cleaning.
